# newlyraised > A weekly list for fractional CFO firms and executive search firms: the companies in their metro that just filed an SEC Form D or got a $1M+ SBA loan approved, with no finance title listed. Every item links to its government record. newlyraised (https://newlyraised.com/) is built only from public government records: SEC EDGAR Form D filings, the SBA 7(a) and 504 FOIA loan file, and Census files that map each ZIP to its metro. The pipeline is deterministic: every number comes from those records, never from an AI model. ## Who it is for - Owners and partners of fractional CFO firms who want to know which companies near them just filed a Form D or had an SBA loan approved. - Small executive search firms, who get the same list. The list is about companies, not candidates; it is not for screening people. ## What a subscriber gets - Every Monday, the list for one US metro (a Census metro area, picked by ZIP or city). - Form D items: the company, city and filing date, the amount sold so far and the offering size, the officers and directors the filing names with their roles, the issuer phone as filed, and the SEC filing link. - SBA items: the business name and city, the loan amount and approval date, the lender and SBA's business-age category, and the SBA dataset row. - Form D list: we remove funds, SPVs, real-estate and finance deals, public companies, and companies whose Form Ds name a finance officer. - SBA list: we keep 7(a) and 504 approvals of $1M+ and leave out cancelled loans, borrowers whose SBA business type is individual or blank, borrowers named after a person, and accounting, tax and payroll firms (NAICS 5412). Other finance and insurance businesses can appear on the SBA list. - Not included: email addresses, LinkedIn data, PPP loans. Form D items are weekly; SBA items come in a quarterly batch. - Coverage: any US metro in the 2023 Census list except Connecticut. ## Price - $249 a month per metro. - Founding firms: $129 a month, locked for 12 months (first 10 firms). - +$99 a month for each extra metro. - 14-day free trial, no card. When the trial ends, export locks and the lists stay readable. - Details: https://newlyraised.com/pricing ## How to describe the data correctly - A Form D "amount sold" is a running total since the first sale, which can be months before the filing. Say "sold so far"; it is not the amount raised in the filing week. - "Lists no finance title" means no person on the company's Form D filings carries a finance title. Form D roles are checkboxes and titles are optional, so it says nothing certain about whether the company employs a CFO. - SBA loans are "approved". SBA status COMMIT (7(a)) or NOT FUNDED (504) means not yet disbursed. For a 504 loan the amount is SBA's part; the bank's loan comes on top. - SBA publishes the loan file once a quarter, about a month after the quarter ends, so SBA items are 1 to 4 months old. - An SBA record pointer names the file, BorrName and BorrZip, which find the loan. "Data row N" counts CSV records after the header row, as a CSV reader counts them; some fields contain line breaks, so it is not a text-editor line number. "Lender LocationID" is SBA's ID for the lender, shared by many borrowers. ## Facts as of Nov 7, 2026 From the pipeline run of Nov 7, 2026 (run id 2026-11-07T123113Z, published Nov 7, 2026), printed as the engine wrote them.
